Aluminum Foil Tape
Aluminum foil tape is a functional adhesive tape featuring a high-purity aluminum foil substrate, coated on one side with a pressure-sensitive adhesive (such as acrylic, rubber, or butyl). Some variants include a release liner or a composite reinforcement layer (such as fiberglass or PE film). It possesses a combination of properties, including thermal conductivity, light shielding, moisture resistance, electromagnetic shielding, and temperature resistance.
It is used for thermal/cold reflection applications, applied either along or over insulation layers.
• Suitable for use on piping and engine support structures.
• Used to wrap vinyl-coated wiring to protect it from exposure to heat, water, dust, and various chemicals.
• Applicable in any situation where aluminum tape is required.
